By confirming your booking with Little Stars Party Company, you have accepted the following terms and conditions:
- Your booking is confirmed by a 50% deposit to be paid within 5 days of the invoice date. This deposit is non refundable, however, can be transferred to an alternative party date with at least two weeks notice (subject to availability).
- The remaining balance is to be paid by direct deposit and received at least 3 working days before the party date or in cash, on the day of the party.
- A $100 security bond must be paid by direct deposit and received at least 3 working days before the party date.
- Please allow 3-4 working days for all returned equipment to be checked and bond amount returned to your nominated bank account.
- All equipment must be returned clean and in its original condition. Equipment that has been returned damaged or any equipment that is missing, will be charged at full replacement cost and deducted from the security bond.
- Insurance is the responsibility of the hirer during the hire period. Little Stars Party Company accepts no responsibility for any health or injury sustained during the hire period.
